Hello everyone!
Thank you for adding me as a reg. user.
About me: I am 41,single,live in a small apt. with a huge yard approx. 15 mis. N of Bos. I love to cook, esp. BBQ (year round).
I love to ride- any destination, any reason. I miss riding with others, as most of my old riding friends either moved far away, or stopped riding. I am a cautious rider. Aprox. 13 years - year round/ all seasons. No accidents so far and don't plan to have any. I don't like to ride in rain unless I have to. I am looking forward meeting all of you, and hope to make the 25 th. -c |

Welcome, C. My wife and I live in Beverly. I ride year round and regularly commute into Boston for work. I try to do as many weekend rides as possible, but it is challenging with a little one at home. I am not sure I am going to make the ride on the 25th, but I know of a bunch of members who will be there. I think you will like the group - have a great time! Jon |

Thank you for your reply. I drive (4 wheel, sadly ) 20 mi. to work down 128 and just cant take the bike unless I have to; too many agressive drivers around me to bother. But I see a few bikes daily, and envy makes me think twice sometimes. Bev. is not too far from me- I am in Reading near 128. I can easily stand a semi- local ride on short notice. It was also great to see others in my area looking to ride. |

Hello C, and welcome to the NMA forum. I think you'll find this a very welcoming and enjoyable group to ride and hang out with. I ride a '99 Hind Valkyrie and live down the street from you in Wakefield. I look forward to meeting and riding with you soon. |

Nice to meet you and wife. I don't mean to sound silly, but the first of my 3 rides (hopefully) with NMA is coming up in 7 days. I see no info about ride; where to meet/ start time/ ect. Do I have to be invited to participate, or do I just show up ? |

Welcome. You can just show up to the ride. Our ride leader is afraid of the internet, so he hasn't posted anything yet. We have talked about meeting at the Poor Boy Diner off Exit 5 (I-93) in Derry, NH. No time yet. I will get on Bob to post something soon. I hear you met John already. We've got a great bunch of riders and we always have fun. I'm up in Haverhill and I ride a new H-D Heritage Softail. |

I am not so good w/ conputers. I have been advised to, but unable to post. I know by your associations guidelines, I need one more ride to do so.
I plan on riding this Sat. I would rather it be with cool people from your club. Q: has the " Diner Ride " been cancelled? -c |

Hi Chris, The ride is still on. We'll be meeting at MaryAnn's in Derry NH for breakfast at 9am. I am posting the ride details as we speak. I'll give you a call on Friday to see if you want to ride to Derry together. - John

You can post, Chris. It wasn't club rules, just an oversight on my part. You should be able to post in the Rides section now.
